Took my phone there to get the back glass replaced which waited a month for it to get here and it never did so I took my own piece in and now the phone doesn’t work properly it shuts off and on by itself

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO GET FIXED HERE! My husband's phone just needed a new charging port, and we took it to them. Over a month later, many trips and phone calls it's worse! Now we have to put in a insurance claim! They put in the wrong port ..then messed something up and ruined the battery. They put in the wrong battery and it's still not working! We told them they needed to pay the $50 ins. claim fees...they refused!
