I love going here she always fits me in as I'm a good tipper and I always bring her food or some type of gift to show my appreciation.
I hear people complaining about she wouldn't let them make an appointment I wouldn't let you make an appointment either nobody shows up for their nail appointments so while she's sitting there waiting for you not to show up she's turning customers away that are in the shop in her face makes sense to me.
And once you become a regular she let's me make appointments as soon as I call she knows my phone number and my voice Hey Sis and she's putting me down on her books.
Times are hard if someone made an appointment with me and I had someone in my face I'd probably take the person that's in my face over someone that may or may not show up. I'm not sure how she runs her business I'm just saying that's personally how I would run my business as a customer I see people not show up for the appointments all the time she'll be looking at her scheduled book and being like oh you know my 3 o'clock's not here or my 2 o'clock's not here and someone walks in.
It's the entitlement for me with some of these comments on these small family owned businesses. The world doesn't revolve around you you're not always gonna get what you want and that's why there's like 50 other nail shops right down the street
To the gentleman complaining below that Lexi wouldn't fit him in in the last 45 minutes she is a human she does have regular business hours it's the entitlement for me that thinks she's going to stay later to accommodate you and get home late to her family I'm sure she would have wanted to fit you in but I'm pretty sure after working a 12 hour A-day she really just wants to get home.
Lexi does a great job she does lots of different nail art styles she's very professional her shop is clean
