the garage door installer from Freedom was absolutely phenomenal! they arrived on time and displayed an impressive knowledge of their craft. kingston, with his sharp intuition, was able to pinpoint the issue even before he checked out my garage door. i can't help but recommend these wonderful garage door installers to others in Freedom, and i'm certain that their garage door installation services will cater to all my future needs.

I called this company to have them check my garage door. The technician appeared nice at first but when I told him that I didn't want to do the repair because it was expensive he got upset and starting trying to negotiate with me. I told him I wasn't going to do it because it was too much money. He said he would only charge me the $300 for the spring replacement, so I agreed to it. He seemed visibly upset about it, and started doing the work. He would throw things on the floor which were very loud as he was working. He then came in and told me that I had to replace the drums, and that they were sold in pairs and it would be an additional $125 for that. When he was done he said the door was going to fall at any moment and that I needed to replace it. As he was finishing up my brother-in-law showed up and noticed some bolts on the door hinges were loose. He pointed that out to him and asked him to tighten them. He refused and said that the door was going to fall at any moment and that I needed to replace it. He ended up charging me more than he said he was, and his receipt was not detailed at all. Not to mention it had some other company name and the he had me make the check out to another name, very suspicious. In the end I'm sure he overcharged me and even more sure he purposely loosened some bolts on the hinges so the door would fall and I would have to replace it. I will never call these guys again. Please don't call them either.

Kingston showed up promptly for our scheduled meeting, demonstrating excellent punctuality. He gave an estimate for a new garage door opener at $699. This was a bit more than the initial $575 I was quoted when I arranged the service with LFB Garages. However, it would be great to see more uniform pricing. Regardless, Kingston carried out an exceptional job installing the opener in a fairly short amount of time. He was adept at explaining the process. In general, the quality of the work performed was impressive. The experience in Freedom was overall positive.
