Due to changes in the car sales industry over the pandemic, I really hesitated to purchase a car from a dealership. My husband and I were in the market for a new EV, but I heard disappointment after disappointment from people working directly with dealerships due to unfair waiting list practices. My parents put their name on a waiting list for an EV at the end of 2021, and still haven't received their car. I put my name down early 2022, and despite the manufacturing delays caused by the Ukraine crisis, I was still able to receive my car before my parents did. Jeff was hands-on, accessible, and trustworthy. He kept me updated on the status of my car, and offered suggestions on how to best save money. I'm sending everybody to Jeff from now on. There's nothing like being able to trust the person you're buying something expensive from!
