Dereliction of duty for those in need. My father had recently broken his hip and moved into a new home, but after the move, could not be treated - could not even get out of his wheelchair! - without an assessment for his condition, and then to start OT/PT. L&G missed the first appt on his second day in his new place. They returned on the 4th day (a Thursday), but did not complete an assessment, yet did not inform the nursing staff (or us). By the time we found out, the assessment could not be scheduled until the following Monday. However, on Monday, they failed to show up. After calls late in the day trying to get an assessment done that day, it was agreed the "first thing" on Tuesday would be the assessment. When I called from the east coast at nearly 3pm their time, no one had shown up! The contracting company terminated them that day - but at this point, my father had gone 10 days w/o OT/PT due to their negligence. Unconscionable, and inexcusable "service."

I have been trying to get a call back for 3 days and i Get google voice mail and they do not know how to return calls. I have even tried multiple numbers and they all go to VM. It has been so frustrating. I have a minimal of 14 emails trying to get answers and no return call Sam and Kathy never return calls and they are the recruiters. That is the 1st point of contact and is terrible representation of the company
