We placed an order for plantation style shutters with liberty blinds about four and a half months ago from the time we moved into our new home. Liberty Blinds was recommended by the home builders of Presidential Homes. It is now May and we still do not have our shutters, we were informed that the order was entered into the computer wrong twice. When we first ordered the shutters at the end of January 2024, they came out measured and told us 4 - 5 weeks. After waiting that long, they came out to install the shutters only to find out that the wrong ones were ordered. Our order had to be completely re-done. After waiting an additional 4 - 6 weeks, liberty blinds informed us that they could do a partial install. I asked why, they informed us that the order was entered wrong again. I explained to the owner that this was completely unsatisfactory from the customer's perspective. We have since cancelled our order and I would not recommend this business to install anything into any home.

My small bedroom screen needed repair (wicket hinge was broken). I took the frame to Liberty Glass. They were able to replace the mesh & wicket within one day; the price was the lowest, determined by calling several businesses. I highly recommend Liberty Glass, Blinds, & Shades!!
