I’ve been going here for chiropractic work and massage over the last year and must say -I look forward to each session. Dr. Otto does an outstanding job giving adjustments that I notice relief from after each session that have been life changing. Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Otto for regular adjustments for about 7 years now and he is simply the best! I had been to 3 others before him so I can say that with confidence. He truly knows his stuff. He doesn’t just make the same routine adjustments every time, he actually takes the time to feel for any irregularities and makes adjustments as necessary in that particular appointment. He also uses various instruments as needed to aid in the adjustments or loosen any muscles that are overreacting. He also shares different stretches that can be done at home to help the situation. His office also offers massage therapy and physical therapy and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Life And Health Chiropractic to anyone looking for back relief in the Federal Way area!
