The lady that helped us get into a storage unit was AWSOME. She, if anything tried to make it possible to rent a unit instead of turning us away. Now that’s good customer service. I’ve experienced a few Karen’s in my days but she definitely wasn’t that girl. Thank you Katherine for making this possible. 😊👏

It was a breeze to rent the unit, and it was done all online. The lady that was working when I got there was fabulous. Definitely will be sending anyone needing storage their direction!

They don't refund any money when you move out. They raised our rent after being there only three months 30 dollars above the regular rate. And they said they couldn't even refund the extra money we prepaid on the following months and we moved out the following day after we paid a full month of storage. So glad that we got away from a storage place that basically ripped us off. They are dishonest. We were not told this when we moved in.
