Ive been attending this office many times,staff all have been great, and friendly each time.Thank you for putting up with the public any customer service job isn't easy when people don't make appts & expect to be serviced right away when they show up.Make an apt / open an acct if ur a frequent visitor or will become one.

Went to drop my sons sample off , which I was specifically told I didn't need to wait in line because it was an out patient lab req, and the lady at the desk went on a rant about how everyone had to wait in a line. I tried explaining that all of the information was here on the sample already including the paper. And all she had to do was take the sample but she didn't care. She would rather have my toddler and young child wait in a packed room with no seats available for 20mins then just take the sample. Ridiculous your staff should be trained better to actually listen to people rather than assume

They really need something at this location for the hearing impaired. Could not hear the lady call names as she had a small voice and was wearing a mask that muffled her voice. A visual display showing the names. Or get that lady a megaphone. Also very crowded there. People on top of people.
