They helped me tremendously although I have chronic issues that I’ll always have to deal with... knowing they are an option is a comfort. They care. And that matters.

I was told my insurance was covered before admitting myself. I asked 2 separate people multiple times. They assured me that my insurance was covered. I was there not even a day and a half when they pulled me into the office to tell me I had to leave because my insurance was not covered there. They told me the ONLY option was to go somewhere where their copay was $750 a day. Or go home. Mind you I was in a horrible place. I was trying to kill myself multiple times a day before admitting myself. They knew the risks yet I had to be discharged. Thankfully I was able to figure out a place to go with some financial help but I almost lost my life.
