Lifestyle Wake is now officially opened for business at the Port of Camas/Washougal location!

But my story starts back in late July prior to the official open!

After unsuccessfully trying to get my engine started, i called number for Riverside - and after 25 rings, Bob Holloway, GM for Lifestyle Wake answered.

I started describing the issue - he listened patiently and when i paused to take a breath, he said "we're not officially opened until the 1st of August, but drop your boat off and we'll take a look at it."

They diagnosed a bad starter and got that replaced. Once they got the engine started, they identified a problem with the carburetor and advised a rebuild kit. Simple enough - except Mercury used this particular carb for only 18 months. It took two orders for Mercury to send the right kit - but Bob and his team owned it, stuck with it, and completed the repair!

All this while they were in the middle of getting things up and running and ready to open!
