Apprehensive of course but after meeting the people who would be involved in my surgery i was relaxed lots of laughing and stories of past experiences. Mostly the care and love i felt from all the staff. Dr Tsai was awesome. Explained all that he was doing as he pulled my tooth and explained the cleaning process. Biopsy sent and good news no cancer. The whole team was great and i will recommend them to anyone who needs a good oral surgeon. God bless them all in a special way. 5 stars is not enough it goes beyond infinity. Dr Tsai and his surgery team, Cindy, Kaylie and Tanisha are wonderful. They took the extra time needed to explain the surgery and what to expect. Their care and concern for my sons comfort was above board. I highly recommend this office and the great staff!

Gave us the wrong directions and then denied our appointment even tho we had a half hour left and refused to give my aunt her x rays even tho she’s disabled and in a wheelchair and had a hard time coming out here from auburn. We were supposed to have a full 1 hour appointment but they started someone else’s procedure at 10am. My aunt still had enough time for x rays but they refused. Their inability to accommodate a disabled senior who was obviously having difficulties and who told them she was having severe tooth pain and may even have an infection was extremely unprofessional and callous. Would not recommend this dentist for disabled people. Go somewhere else.
