I have tried several Real Estate "professionals" on the peninsula and Coltin Christner was the first one I would call professional. He does what he says he's going to do. Now that might sound like, well doesn't ever real estate person do that that wants to make a sale? Well they don't. He also gives his opinion and then supports yours. You will not be disappointed with Coltin.

I have personally visited all 3 locations for this business along the peninsula & found myself impressed by the range of experience & knowledge the agents, managers, brokers & owners possess collectively as a team. The edge that makes the difference is the code of ethics they carry as REALTORS.

Will not deal with them again bid full price on a home in longbeach. lighthouse reality went way over the 48 hour to except or deny rule then after 7 days was told we were out bid never even gave us the opportunity to go higher I feel we were used to jack up price I will take my business elsewhere
