Lightning Restoration

I cannot recommend Lightning Restoration enough to everyone out there. This company did a siding, windows, and roof replacement for my parents. Lightning was fast, responsive and always made sure to message me with updates. They don’t use technology all that much, so I wanted to write this on their behalf and thank all of you.

Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this contractor. I’ve been so angry I couldn’t even write a review. We put half the money down and everything from then forward was a frustrating heartbreaking mess. Graham would give us a date he would be there and then just not show up and not communicate or respond, he did that many, many times. Eventually we called the company he supposedly ordered our windows from only to learn that he had never even ordered them in the first place! So many calls and emails and visits to his store, with absolutely no answer or response. We wasted a full year with these guys thinking we would get new windows but had to start all over with a new contractor. The only remotely positive thing to say is that he did end up returning our money without too much fuss… please please save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else!

This organization took my Deposit for my roof in Lakeville 9/2023… it’s been 3 months, no call, no returned calls. I will be taking them to court to have my $9000.00 deposit returned. I would not recommend doing business with this Organization.
