Snows up 30 minutes later than what they've told me, couldn't get what we needed, end up towing it to my house that's less then a mile, charged me $220 and its not even after midnight. It's robbery. I can't believe they're charging that much to tow for such short distance. It's terrible!

I had a question about a towing situation and he explained everything to me and I didn't even use the service. I just wanted verification that one of our tenants couldn't call on a vehicle and have it towed just because he didn't like people parking in front of our own garages. He explained to me that he either has to be a manager of the units or have a written consent from with the manager or owner for anyone to tow a vehicle. Not anyone can just call and have your car towed. So he explained everything to me which I was very grateful. Very helpful service, I would or will use this tow service on the future.
