Have been doing business with for years with no issues. They recently had a major mis-spelling error that makes our company look like a joke and won't allow us to return/refund. Update:

They have offered to fix the mistake. When they fixed the mistake they took black screen print and printed over the old issue and re-printed on top of that and you can still see the error on the other side. Looks like a joke.
