We have had children at this center since 2015! We used to love the staff and everything about the center! They would keep you very informed, the center was clean and organized and the staff turn over was very low! Sadly, over the last 6 months the center has completely changed! The staff doesn't seem to stay more than 1-2 months so the kids routines and classes are always changing. There is no communication between teachers so you are never getting the correct information about how your child's day went! The rooms are smelly, and the center is dirty. They hold the kids to unrealistic expectations and if they don't fit that they will be terminated from the center! You can tell that the love for the kids isn't want it used to be, and that money is the biggest motivator, regardless of how the children are being treated!
Our son has been enrolled here for just over a year and a half and we love it! For the most part everyone has been extremely friendly and easy to work with. Our son is 3 yrs old and can get pretty rambunctious at times. The staff has gone out of their way to help us come up with some ideas on how to work with him both at the center and at home. They were also very dedicated to us all getting him potty trained. This was incredibly helpful! His communication skills sky rocked after only a few months. It blew our minds watching his development speed up after attending here.
Our son loves going here and has created tight bonds with several members of the staff. We find that the staff is easy to work with and have done a very good job communicating with us on our sons needs. We feel completely safe bringing our son here. I would highly recommend that you look into this center!
