Conrad was very helpful when he answered the phone. It was nice to hear another human voice instead of an answering machine. I told him what I wanted and he got me more than I expected for cheaper.

My experience with Lilac insurance has been awesome so far. My father turned me onto them as he had been with them for a long while before it was time for me to get insurance. Conrad is who has been helping my father and I, and let me say he does an incredible job, he made things quick and simple for me. On top of that after we had set up my initial policy we talked and he offered me a follow up meeting for a few months down so we could revisit my current policy to see if it still fits me. Great place in my experience, and friendly agents.
