Lillian was awesome! We loved how detailed and thorough she was during the entire process, from creating a list of homes, through closing of the deal, Lillian was there for us. She reviews all documents and will point out items of interest or things that should be corrected. Has a checklist of tasks which keep you on point for closing. And being a lifetime local, she was a wealth of information which helped as we were relocating from out of state. If all that wasn't enough, the cable provider decided to send our equipment out early (while we were still out of state). Lillian went to the house and got our package for us.
