DO NOT leave dresses here for resale! We dropped off a bridesmaids dress, and REGULARLY CHECKED on it to see if it had sold. When I checked up on it again today, I was told that it had a broken zipper and had been “donated”. There was nothing wrong with the dress when it was dropped off. If the zipper was broken it happened while in their store. Which, if that was the case, fine… Call the customer and inform them. Instead of doing that though, they “donated” it without permission. The owner herself told me that they have over 5,000 dresses and couldn’t do that because it would be too hard, and she hung up on me! Really?! Every dress is numbered and connected to an account. You didn’t check the account before “donating” it?! And, if you checked the account, it was too hard to pickup the phone and make a call to the customer who the dress belongs too?! That at minimum is complete negligence, and at worst is outright theft! DON’T trust this business your dresses!

Owner was quite rude!! Got told I was going to “mess up” her storefront, I wasn’t even trying dresses on at that point I was simply looking at them while they were still on the hangers, dresses she had werent even cute btw.

I called the store to see if the store was open to look at dresses for my niece. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude saying I was wasting everyone’s time by wanting to come into the store to look and see what she has in stock. She then proceeded to claim that I was going to mess up her store for her to have to clean even though my only intention was to go into the store to look at what she had on the hanger to see if she had any dresses my niece would even like. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend this shop to anybody.
