Won’t be using this business again.. dropped off a back pack to have two zippers replaced which the woman at the front desk gladly accepted and said to come back the following week to pick up the backpack. The next week rolls around and I arrive at lily’s to pick up my bag, I walk through the front doors and I’m greeted by an elderly man who tells me that the bag is not ready and has now had to order replacement zippers, he then mumbles under his breath about how he doesn’t know why his wife would ever accept this work, I choose to ignore this and give him the benefit of the doubt. Yet another week rolls around and the bag still isn’t ready, at this point I’m starting to wonder if they’ve even tried to work on it because I hadn’t received one phone call updating me on anything.. yet another trip wasted. Finally today I collect the bag and low and behold they’ve done some quick fix zipper that doesn’t match the original zippers on the bag and seems like a rushed job. On the zippers there are pieces of cord to make zipping and unzipping easier, when I dropped off the bag all of the pieces of cord were attached other than the zippers that needed replacing. Now a piece of cord has gone missing. They’ve also only replaced one zipper out of the two that needed replacing.

recently bought some ski gear that was a bit too large. At Lilyn's Alteration they were able to do some highly complex alterations (inners and outers and waterproof and thick fabric for ski pants X 2 and a parka). They tailored the work to perfection! The line of the clothes was made flattering and beautiful. Great job and I would definitely recommend!
