I could not have worked with a better realtor! Linda took a lot of time up front to find out what was most important to me in a home and its location. She paid very close attention and then found me homes that fit my very specific criteria. She introduced me to neighborhoods I didn’t know before that had exactly the types of homes and amenities I wanted. When we found the right home, she was very helpful in guiding me through the price negotiations and all the closing details. My husband and I used Linda to purchase our first home and she could not have made the process easier! She is excellent at what she does which I attribute to her clear communication and the fact that she listens to her client’s needs. She is so knowledgeable and very kindly guided us through every step and answered every question that came up throughout! I highly recommend Linda, she is a pleasure to work with.

She helped out in working with the painting contractors and choosing the correct colors that made Home much more more attractive.
She also helped out In selecting a staging crew, and made the Home very appealing to our potential buy.
She went beyond what I would say Most sales persons do not help out and she did. We had some structural issues where she supplied us with subcontractors to handle the problems.
We would use her again and again she did a great job
