I walked in here wanting a trim or as I told the lady, cut off all the damaged ends but she completely messed up my hair and cut it super crooked. First of all, I walk in and I think the owner is getting a massage and another lady walks out and she is told to cut my hair. I tell her cut off all the damage and leave it in a “V” form. The first picture doesn’t look as bad but why would she leave a small strand ??? I had my bf cut it off and then after I showered I see the layers are way off & one side is shorter than the other. I think her name is Alejandra… don’t go here or she will mess up your hair. I had to go get it fixed and now my hair is shorter …

It was our first time for my mom and I and the ladies were very nice and we love our haircut style.
