Dr. Ling Zhou was excellent! I like him because he treated me with a great deal of respect, answered all of my questions and respected my knowledge while being confident of his abilities. He diagnosed my issue and did the operation to fix the situation. The outcome was better than expected, which shows his level of expertise. When I had a follow up appointment at the hearing clinic, the doctor who tested my hearing said he had a lot of confidence in Dr. Zhou due to seeing the results of his diagnoses and post surgery outcomes - he had never met Dr. Zhou. He's the best ENT I have every experienced and I have been going to ENT's for many years. In fact, I went to one in CA with the same issue, but that doctor did not diagnose the issue, leaving me with the same problem for another two years. I would recommend Dr. Zhou hands down if you have an ENT issue.

Dr. Zhou is absolutely incredible.

It's been about 1 months since my surgery and I cannot be any more pleased to have had him as my doctor/surgeon. He is thorough, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. After diagnosing my health issue, he came up with a game plan and made me feel cared throughout the process.The medical staff was very responsive, from scheduling, Insurance, and pre / post surgery appointments.

From the bottom of my heart, I could not be more grateful for the care I received from Dr. Zhou and his medical team.
