I've been going to Lins for years. Always great service but my last visit was awful. I usually always get the 60 minute combo but was leaning more towards the 40 minute combo as money has been tight especially after the holidays. One of the men there convinced me however to get the 60 minute combo. The massage was wonderful. My total was $68 and I left a tip leaving a total of $77.77. He shook his head and said "more tip". I didn't understand at first, then 2 women who work there came over and looked at my receipt and said, "more tip. 20%" I could not believe what was happening especially with 2 other customers in the shop. I was so embarrassed and equally as angry when I tried to explain I didn't even want the 60 minute combo so why are they demanding more tip??? I will never go back there.

My feet have been hurting really bad and needed a massage to help me relax and relieve the pain. The massage I got was good but it was mostly rough and sometimes painful, I told the gentleman that it hurt but I don't think he understood what I said.

A great massage. I had my back & feet done. They find all of the kinks and dig deep.
