I took my sister here for her birthday and the experience was sooo fun and I highly recommend it to everyone who wants an interactive and fun experience! Margo helped my sister and I yesterday and she was such a sweet, patient, and kind person to deal with. My sister was super indecisive about her shades and Margo was very patient with her and kept reminding us she wanted us to try out every color to see what we love and that's what she is here for. She definitely made our experience and allowed us to be ourselves the entire time. I couldn't have picked someone better to assist us through the entire process. She helped us create perfect shades that we loved on our skin tones and made the customizing process was so fun (tube finish, scent, engraving). Definitely make a resy and check this place out!!!

Our group was excited to do this. I have my lips tattooed so findings color has been hard. The process was fine and we tried a few color mixes before getting it right. However mid way through they switched girls doing it and that’s when it all went downhill. Colors mixed to what went to each of us, our lip balms had short pours and then the tops messed up. Three hours later, tired and just ready to leave all of us are home now and find our lip balms are still short and messed up. Paying $145 for this package while I love the color I expected better quality; all four of us did.
