We worked with Liquid Printer to produce custom printed shipping boxes. We are extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and disappointed in the production quality of the printed boxes for the following reasons:
Inaccurate Timeline -- We placed the order for the boxes on Oct 13 and at that time I was told that the turnaround time was 6-10 business days (via email and phone). Over 25 business days later, we still did not received the full order of boxes.
Lack of Transparency -- It wasn't clear upon ordering that the boxes were printed overseas. Liquid Printer's address is based in California. We had to wire money to a Canadian Bank account. We were told the boxes would be delivered via FedEx. The boxes were delivered by DHL. Nick, the sales associate, told us the boxes were printed in China, yet when shipped they left a facility in Pakistan.
Poor Production Quality -- Before placing the order, I confirmed that the boxes were printed on white cardboard stock. As you can see, they were printed on standard kraft cardboard stock. The printing itself is unsatisfactory. Nick assured rich, saturated printing, but the boxes feel and look very cheap.
Damaged Boxes -- Many of the boxes that have arrived at our facility are badly damaged. At least 10% off the boxes are unusable.
Incorrect Delivery Address -- One of the packages was listed as undeliverable. When we contacted DHL, they said there was no address associated with the package. This caused yet another delivery delay.
We tried contacting Nick via phone and email multiple times to discuss these issues and ask for a solution. We haven't received a reply.
I strongly suggest avoiding Liquid Printer. They were difficult to work with, didn't provide accurate information, and the quality of the product is poor.
