Photos were taken on 11/6, ordered on 11/29. School photos of my son that were supposed to be Christmas gifts. We have not received the photos yet, and will not be getting them until January now, it looks like. Extremely disappointed.

She was very unprofessional, tried to charge us another 200 ontop of the 300 we already paid saying we went over 45 minutes, lucky we had video surveillance to prove otherwise, almost 3 weeks later we finally got our photo but only a few of them and not a lot of the ones we were really looking forward to, i guess we have to pay more if want all the photos we already paid for. By far the worst photographer we have ever used.
