I made an appointment just 2 days before and there were so many appointment times to pick from. When arriving on the day of, I pulled up with no wait for checking in the service station. They had plenty and comfortable seating in the dealership and free hot chocolate (maybe drank like 3 while waiting lol). However even with an appointment it did take 2 hours for them to complete my oil change and tire rotation (my appointment was at 8:15AM on a Wednesday and I arrived at 7:55AM). Besides the waiting game it really was a good experience overall, kind costumer service, comfortable seating, no check-in hassle, very VERY affordable for both services (I did pay for the free oil change program when I bought the car plus they gave me a discount on the tire rotation so for both services it came out to $29). So yes I would recommend them to anyone BUT I will say make sure you do have time put aside to go because you will need to wait for a bit. But I really cannot emphasize this enough they are super good and I personally didn’t mind waiting.
