This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It was about a month ago I just couldn’t remember the name of the company. I’m a local and was stopping by to get pizza at base camp. I ducked in while waiting for it to be done and instantly started getting followed around by the manager. She said “what are you here for?” I said, just looking and took another step in and she stood in-front of me and said “don’t touch anything” then walked past me. Then, a moment later she says, “I need you to leave. You obviously didn’t read the sign before walking in.” I was so confused, it said wear a mask which I was already wearing. Then after a pause because I didn’t know how to respond, she says, “your mask isn’t cloth, you need to leave.” I was so confused because it was cloth. I got it online from an Etsy seller who does a black cloth with crystals all over it. I explained this to her and she said, “well how would I have known that?” I said, you’re being very rude I was just here to look around but you obviously don’t need my business. She is an older lady with light hair that is cut short. I will never go back and recommend locals to stay clear.
