I was tricked into buying the wrong product.
Dec 12 2020 I went to the store and saw a pair of face masks that i liked. I asked if they had different sizes for that mask since i wanted to make sure they fit before buying them. The manager assured me they were 'one size fits all' and i would have no issues with the size.
After opening them and trying them on I complained to the manager that the masks were small, to what she said she meant they only carried the small size. Which again was not right as little investigation shows Little Burgundy carries two sizes for that mask.
I understand these cannot be returned. It is just wrong to lie to customers into buying a product that doesn't work for them.
