Went in person and was told that they don’t do walk in orders and needs to be over the phone or online. I placed it over the phone and was told it was going to take 40mins for a hot and ready classic pepperoni pizza. After 50mins I went and this short chubby lady was yelling at everyone. When it was my turn she said that it was going to be another 40mins because they haven’t even started on it. She quote said, “it’s either you wait or you can leave.” And in the back you can just see the teen workers just talking asking what they have to do. Never coming back

100% horrible!! Said with a national chain shortage (there isn't) no change of any kind. So a $5 pizza was going to cost me $20.00. I asked what about the overage. She said she considered it a tip. Was incredibly rude. There was dirt on the floor the counter was not clean. It was bad. Never go to this location. Ever

Definitely should have read the reviews first. This manager at this location is very unprofessional defensive and argumentative. She is a very poor role model for her employees. She definitely needs coaching and refresher course in customer service. I would not ever recommend this location and I definitely will take my business to a different location.
