Reservations When calling to make a reservation. Be sure to include the total length of your Rv and tow vehicle. The spots are exactly sizes for an Rv only. So if you have a 30 foot Rv. The pad is 30 feet by 10 feet. Plenty of room for slides of the grass. No room for your tow vehicle. Rules says no parking on the grass and no parking in roadway.
Rv Check-in The Rv Check-in located at the hotel front desk. You can pull into the parking lot and go straight back and to the right, and you should find it. There is no signage for RVs. They do charge a $150 damage deposit which I think is a little crazy for a campground. It would be a nice addition to add signage at your entrance and also near the hotel lobby, I think your should and a stop sign with Rv Check-in parking (15 minutes limit). Also it would be nice to have more directions to the Rv park painted on the ground (Rv with and arrow).
Wifi. The free wifi is very hard to connect to. The instructions are very unclear and confusing. First you will need to connect to the WiFi. Next you should get directions to a webpage that will ask if you about connecting to a hotel guest or casino guest. Clicking casino guests is the easiest solution but I'm guessing it will kick you after so many hours. Now if you want to try the hotel guest here is how you do it. Check the free 50 MBs option. enter your last name for username and enter a password. Leave the other boxes blank. The next screen will ask you again for last name and your Rv spot number. Then you should get connected. Wifi on a Friday night was extremely slow at less then 1 Mbps.
Garbage. Garbage is very confusing. There Are small 60 gallon trash bins around. We use a 60 gallon trash in the camper so that doesn't work well for us. There is a large dumpster at the front of the Rv park, but it is only for residents and is behind a gate. Better instructions or signage is needed for this.
Amenities It is very nice that This location has a pool and hot tub. We checked it out Friday night around 8pm and there were about 30 kids in the pool.
Restaurants We tried an island grille for breakfast. Wouldn't recommend it.
Suggestions for the business I think you should get a camp host for this campground. It would be nice to have someone onsite for questions. I also think you need to add gravel parking spots next to each space for tow vehicles and extra vehicles. Also the location of your campground is to close to a loud and busy highway. I think you should look into adding a sound dampening wall. I also think it would be a nice addition to add a small fenced dog park. Additionally if you are going to put people into tight Rv spaces. I think you should have a dedicated parking lot for Rv tow vehicles. Another thing is your window tags. If your security department is that worried you should provide 2 tags . one for your tow vehicle and one for your camper unit.
