Incompetent people work here. I was upfront about my pricing budget and told them if there were no room for negotiations I would respect their business decision, as it's their right. Wasted 30 mins of my time further by going back and forth with multiple other sales people, I'd imagine not the actual decision makers, to come back to me later and said they had not room, essentially waste more of my time. They simply could have told me no when asked the first time, but lied to my face by saying they'd find out. Is this how you run a business? Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else .
They don't want to work for their money.
Took almost a year to rebuild my engine. Misquoted by literally $7k. Work it out to $5k, to be generous to them. Cover bolts missing, asked to have it resecured, got 1/4 bolts. Check engine light comes on, misfire, they blame the air filter and coil harness, quote me $3200 for new entire harness when it supposedly had a 1 broken tab, refuse to clean or replace the airfilter despite it being Subaru Performance Tuning (SPT) part. I take it to another shop for a second opinion, it was the coil, not the harness. Coils fixed, new air filter, and apparent unnoticed fuel leak fixed for $1000. I know where I'm going for my suspension, breaks and calipers, headlights, etc etc.
I gave them so many chances; I would spend new car amounts of money on my '05 but they won't even replace my headlight assembly. The amount of work they've refused to do on my car and the quality of work I have received for the amount that I've payed; sorry, Dean, I know at least you appreciated my car, but I'm not coming back.
