I went to this store sometime in 2020 and my second time there was last week in this month of janruary 2024 the customer service was superb and welcoming, one of the staff later approached me and offered to help me if i needed help which was so nice,i will definately be going back good customer service experience.

The WORST experience by far. And I can't believe that I stopped going to mid k to receive the treatment that I got from them. I went in the store and apparently I was speaking to the 'owner'..so while I'm there I'm asking different questions about this and that.and truth be told we ALL have our bad days. So the lady who I was speaking to had somewhat of an attitude which I pointed out.. respectfully doing so. I didn't yell, I didn't curse, NOR did I get belligerent in ANY kind of way. So of course she disagreed with me she sarcastically laughed in my face and get this told me to leave. And also said that any item that I was going to take a picture of to have somebody come in and grab for me since they decided to refuse service they told me that they wouldn't sell whatever I was taking a picture of like they were completely rude to me the worst experienceive EVER HAD. Then a man who was said to be her husband walked up to me and was like she didn't have an attitude which he wasn't nowhere around to hear her so that right there automatically showed that I was being ganged up on and that just because it was their business that they were right and that's not how it should go like they were so rude to me I'm so disappointed in their service they should have been boycotted
