Recently cousin went here for a haircut and English is not her first language. She's on a budget and didnt want to pay for anything extra. My cousin denied a shampoo thinking it was extra. Liz proceeded to cut her hair and then flat ironed it without asking my cousin or using any heat protection product. She charged my cousin $48 with tip. When my cousin came home she told me she was too nervouse to say anything to Liz. I went there myself to get a refund. We were not satisfied with the service at the price it was charged. How is it almost 50 dollars? Liz said she could not give me a refund because the shampoo is included in the price of the cut. No where are the prices listed and Liz never explained this to my cousin. She charged my cousin for the flat iron as well without asking her if she wanted it. This is bad service and I will not be back. They only refunded me the flat iron and the tip in the end. I guess they're desperate for the money.
