I wish I could leave a 5 star reviw for LL Flooring in Albany--their floor staff leave a lot to be desired. But if you find what you like at the price, then SW Contractors will do a great install--especially Juan and Alex. I can leave a 5 star review for their installers SW Contractors, and a 5 star review for the call center staff (I think they are in kentucky) who handle online orders and really try to make things right for the customers. I do wish that the measuring crew did a better assessment of what might be needed to get a job done...it was very disappointing to pay $2500 in change orders to account for what I thought would be a layover tile job turned into a demo tile and level floor job.

The team at the Albany location are Rockstars!!! They were extremely helpful in assisting me with my LVP flooring selection for my remodel project. Super professional and knowledgeable. They truly made the process a breeze. I was given the best pricing and their customer service is the best as it gets. Thanks to them, my floors look amazing and I couldn’t be happier! This review is specifically for Robert at Lumber Liquidators.
I bought my floors on Saturday, and I was told they would be delivered on Monday. I have an extremely tight timeline, and I told them I would not purchase the floors if they would not be delivered that day (in hindsight that was an error). After purchasing the floors, I got a call a few hours later saying that the floors will would not be delivered until Tuesday morning, and that the delivery company would contact me on Sunday or Monday to give me the exact window. By 5:45 pm on Monday, I still had not received a call by the delivery company. At 5:45 pm - 15 minutes before closing - I pulled into Lumber Liquidators. There I was assisted by Robert. He made at least 5 phone calls, and stayed at least 30 minutes past closing to help me. Robert is the ONLY reason I did not cancel my transaction. He went so far above and beyond to be of service. I am incredibly grateful for all he did to assist and attempt to salvage my projects timeline. Customer service like what Robert provided simply doesn’t exist anymore. I hope Lumber Liquidators appreciates what they have in him.
