We bought 3000 sq/ft of 3/4"x6" nail down pre-finished oak. It was on sale(that's why we bought that one). Came in a timely manner, they held it a little till we could pick it up. A little while later we saw in their ad , even a better sale price. We went back and showed them, they price matched themselves. The manager had to do it but they didn't even cry about it. Good service from the sales man and the manager on the credit return for price match. Excellent floor at a excellent price. We even used zero percent interest from them,on top of all that. No problem returning the unused portion after the job was done. 5 STARS

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We chose to do the install ourselves and had some questions along the way. The staff was always very helpful and gave good advice. Also helped us work through some decision paralysis when picking our new floor. The final install looks amazing, and they also allowed us to return and exchange some unopened materials even over a year after the original purchase! We went with an engineered vinyl plank and found it's incredibly durable and much easier to install than hard wood. Amazing service and huge selection, much better than the big box hardware stores.

I purchased flooring from ll flooring after having a very hard time with another company trying to get it installed. Ll flooring made sure all was taken care of right until the end . I love my new floor.
