We worked with the LL Flooring team in Seattle on 1st Ave. We had some excellent help from the staff when initially choosing our flooring and they made ordering/pickup very easy for us and our contractor. Prices and delivery times were very reasonable. We had some delays in finishing the project due to our contractor having some supply chain and scheduling issues, which delayed our return of our excess flooring. Despite this, Mark worked with us to get our floors returned, which we greatly appreciated. I feel like he went above and beyond in helping us through the process.
