Teri was absolutely fantastic during my visit at this location. First off I wear a lot of LLBEAN clothes! I love the fit, colors and they keep me warm in the winter! Right gear for the season is what LLBEAN does well!! I was looking to change up my wardrobe a bit and Teri helped me put a few outfits together and I really appreciated her feedback. The whole store was a very pleasant experience.

Five stars is because of the service I walked in after making a phone call for a product (it was waiting for me at the counter as the CSR said it would be)the phone call was amazing the check out customer service was amazing first time ever visiting this place if I need to come back definitely coming here just because.

Unimpressed with selection of outdoor gear. Employees don't ask how they may help. There are much better selections and customer service at REI across the street.
