I wish could give this company zero stars. I had this company design a website for me. Part of the website was a customer portal and the other part was an auto-dialer. I got charged a ridiculous amount of money and told it would be finished within 3 months. I paid half upfront and half when the project was finished. I asked for a contract, which they refused to offer. I received a "scope" write up instead. I paid half of the total upfront and waited.
Things were constructive for a couple of months, then there was complete silence. 6 months go by without more than a few emails. The developer on my project told me he was moved to a higher priority project. So at this point, I went from paying half for my project in August, to it being January when I finally got a reply. I was told my project was finished. When I saw the finished product, I paid my other half of my bill and got home.
When I tested my website, it was really buggy. Things didn't work like it was supposed to. Under my "scope," I was given 30 days notice, but the owner instructed the developer to stop taking my calls. It didn't actually do anything it was supposed to do and I was stuck.
Two trips to court later, I am stuck with files that don't work, I am out the cost of the project, and the owner Mihai Viehru was pretty ridiculous about the project. I would never do business with them again and I would suggest that if things are handled in a similar way, you stop payment and sue for your money back.
UPDATE: If I could give LMT Technology Solutions more stars, I would. LMT continues to strive for excellence as they support IT systems in a compassionate manner. As IT evolves, so do they - and that's a must in IT.
