Joshua (the owner) did a great job taking the old Yakima bike rack off the back of my car - I had lost the key a few years prior and two separate locksmiths said they couldn't help me since I didn't have the key code for the lock.
Lock Stop and Key responded to my email quickly to address my questions and provided a (very reasonable and way below my budget) quote for the service. Scheduled a time window to show up the next day and got taken care of immediately when I arrived 10 minutes early.
Both Joshua and his assistant were friendly and polite - plus Joshua insisted on picking the lock even though I was happy to just have it drilled out. Apparently its a cheaper service that they offer and I got the sense there was a bit of professional pride involved!
The store front was small but clean and organized - the location seemed like a well kept business zone, I had no issue finding parking and felt completely safe in the area.
I guess in summary I would say - Lock Stop and Key does fast, friendly and knowledgeable work, I would definitely use them again for any locksmith jobs I can't DIY myself.
