I loved the veteran theme of the establishment and I really liked my haircut. Where it fell way short was the person who cut my hair. She mumbled a bit, so I didn't get her name...when I asked her for it. She never introduced herself. I'm calling her "rainbow brite" because her hair is multicolored. While this person is a good stylist, she has VERY poor people skills even when she attempted idle chit chat. I tipped her out of principle, but I will never go back again.

Genuinely one of the best franchises I’ve ever been to. I walked into the shop over grown and left with a haircut my friends have said “saved my social life”. Couldn’t recommend another more in the Palouse area

Priscilla is the best! She always does a amazing job on my hair, I am very picky too but she never disappoints. Highly recommend having her cut your hair!
