I have a studio there. It is very affordable and very nice. I practice there in studio 7 now. I used to have a lockout studio in Oceanside. I was there for two years. It was great but its proximity to homeless services was psychologically problematic for me. The homeless community didn't actually steal my stuff. I gave them some stuff... i paid them to help me move my equipment when i was very late. But their psychological problems bothered me. The studio in Oxnard seems safer and is less expensive, while also being closer to my LA gigs. Come on over and mix into my dj set.
