Arrogant and conceded. After being ignored for 15 minutes they wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there not even a " we'll be with you in a ..." Finally after one of them got thru talking about their weekly pizza a party's he Finally locked at my lock and told me he didn't have time to deal with it and I would have to leave it as he didn't have time to cut a key for it. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I needed several keys made for a padlock that no big box stores could duplicate and they had them done in a jiffy! The lady working let me know that because I needed so many keys made she'd like the padlock also, to make sure all the keys worked correctly.
