Update: I have received the files. Please see my previous review below and maybe state in the beginning of the job you are not interested in trademarking if that is the case since everything up until that point was smooth.

Do not use this company. While I was satisfied with their work, they have not released my logo files to me as promised. They have texted and called me numerous times (often near the 9pm hour) to move forward with the trademarking process. The text messages scream scare tactics. I understand why trademarking is recommended but it is certainly not required and something I would like to pursue on my own. Now that I have stated in writing that I want to skip the trademarking process and would just like the file to be sent, they are totally unresponsive. You can see in the messages attached that they first state it is mandatory and they even throw in some bogus nod to COVID. Yet, they also say it can be released. It's mandatory but you will release the file?? Contradictory... It is unfortunate that I am actually satisfied with the design and this was the last touch I needed to finish my company website. Fortunately I did not pay a lot of money for the service, but just avoid the headache.

I'll save you the effort DON'T BOTHER. Their work is amateurish at best. All of their 5 star reviews are from fictitious accounts. Follow each account to see for yourself.

I should have known before I spent my money but I fell for there fast talking manipulative banter while they had me in the phone. $200 lesson learned.

You're better off using fiverr.
