The drinks are good. But I just wish the employees were a bit more considerate of the fact that I do not have four arms and hands. I usually order in bulk (more than 10) and have to carry them all by myself. Not taking a bulk order in advance by phone is fine, but I cannot possibly carry three drink paper trays plus one individual drink with my two hands. Struggling to juggle all that, I was probably a sigh to see… I ended up spilling one; the paper trays were ruined, and I ended up dropping four… out of 13, 8 survived…

I wish they had given me a big box… like they did at Sharetea…
