I have been here multiple times and they always give a great massage. I always get a 60 min full body massage. Each time I get someone different which I don’t mind, this past time at the end of my massage, I tipped my usual $10 (which is 16% tip.. pretty standard) the lady rudely told me that it is $20 for a tip. I found it extremely rude and unprofessional for someone to tell me how much I needed to tip them. $20 tip in a $60 service is a 33% tip, which anyone rarely pays. I will not be returning given how that last transaction went. If they expect a certain amount of $ from a service, that needs to be reflected in the service price, not demanded from a tip, which is optional.

Good evening. My name is Vladimir. Today I had the opportunity to visit your salon. My friend gave me a Gift Card so that I could go for a massage. The massage lasted 90 minutes and cost 90 dollars. After I left the room where I was getting a massage, a woman named Daisy who was giving me a massage called me to the front desk. I approached and she told me that since my massage lasted 90 minutes, it cost 90 dollars. But she wants me to pay the tip as well.
I don't mind tipping, I leave tips for people, but since it was a gift for me from my friend. I find it very humiliating and rude to tell me that I should pay her a tip. My friend gave me a gift, and I came to this salon because they gave me a gift card here. Why should I tip? I have a very bad opinion about this salon. I will recommend my friends not to go there. You just ruined my gift!

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I was able to get in quickly through walk in the middle of the day. My massage therapist was professional and had healing hands. Skin feels very soft after the oil too. Thanks again.
