you know for a little sleepy town, this Museum really has everything you need to learn about Lompoc. And the people that are there to help you are so helpful and give you so much information. If you're going to stay in Lompoc or even drive through I highly recommend stopping here and spending an hour looking over all the stuff they have. Make sure you go down to the basement or second floor because that's where you going to really learn about Lompoc.

There is a 7million year old dolphin in the basement! So cool! So much history and helpful volunteer staff around willing to give an extra dimension of detail to the exhibits.

Came in for a visit. We are locals but haven't visited the museum in a long time. Don, the greeter at the door, was very informative about the museum and about the local history. If you are from here or not, great little museum to visit.
