Despite not having a good experience in terms of the food at this location, I may return . Who knows, I’ve heard good things about the quality of the donuts. The owners response showed he was receptive to my opinion and was willing to rectify it. Five stars for the customer service I received when I called the P.O location I mistakenly reviewed. Two for the woman who opened the box in front of me- stared at it briefly and tossed it in the garbage. That wasn’t necessary. I wasn’t rude, when I purchased them nor when I returned for the refund.
Clearly, they can not resell them. I returned them per the owners kind gesture. Of course they were going to be disposed of. Her demeanor was unnecessary. All the best for customers and employees of this business.
